My Story

A career change from a decade employed in the premium aviation travel sector, living and working across 6 continents combined with an appreciation for the multiple disciplines of manual therapies such as shiatsu, acupuncture and acupressure experienced on my travels led me to unearth a latent passion for Anatomy and Physiology, certifying and working primarily as a bodywork massage therapist.

Following this, I decided to further my knowledge by an additional 4 years, graduating from the prestigious British College of Osteopathic Medicine, with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost) and a Diploma in Naturopathy (N.D) with honours. I have a passion for cycling, music and dance, spending my time thus far as a registered Osteopath working with performance artists, musicians and stage professionals alike on leading theatre shows, joining them on tours UK wide.

My osteopathic approach focuses on fostering a better understanding of your symptoms with a structural style of treatment incorporating: visceral, fascial, craniosacral, mobilisation, harmonics and intuitive active stretching with effective adjustment techniques. I apply naturopathic approaches to my treatment by utilising pain management advice, exercise rehabilitation, functional nutrition and ergonomic evaluation wherever possible. I conduct my treatments with a collaborative patient-centred approach, with goals to aid self-managment whilst empowering the individual.

Additionally, I offer medical acupuncture/dry needling, kinesiology taping, Swedish/classic, holistic, deep tissue, sports and remedial massage therapies with acupressure and trigger-point therapy. I have added passion in specialising with neck, shoulder and spinal pain management.
